Anthony expanded our kitchen and remodeled our family room a few years back. He inspired us to make other improvements so we recently remodeled 2 bathrooms, added a hang out room in our basement and replaced carpeting with hardwood floors. He’s the only builder we ever would consider working with. The work is just beautiful and his team is also very talented. We highly recommend Anthony Quattrone and Westchester Premier Builders

I've been using Anthony from Westchester Premier Builders, Inc for several years and they are fantastic and professional. I attached a bathroom before and after and a 250SF home extension they built.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Westchester Premier Builders, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire process was seamless and professional. Anthony was incredibly attentive to our needs and provided excellent recommendations that enhanced the overall design and functionality of our kitchen. Their craftsmanship is top-notch, and Anthony paid great attention to every detail, ensuring that everything was perfect. The project was completed on time and within budget, which was a huge relief. We have received countless compliments on our new kitchen from friends and family. We are so impressed with their work that we have recommended Anthony and his team to many people looking to remodel their kitchens. They have all been equally pleased with the results. We will continue to recommend them without reservation as they truly exceed expectations.

Anthony and his team do a great job. Anthony is very proactive and responsive and his team does great work. I initially hired Westchester Premier Builders to remediate the work of a previous contractor which required both complicated structural work and finishing. Anthony worked with the town and got the job done. He understood the budget constraints due to having to pay for the kitchen twice and went above and beyond to identify areas where we could save on costs while ensuring everything was structurally sound without sacrificing the finish of the kitchen. I was so happy with the result that i went on to hire Westchester Premier Builders to re-do 2 bathrooms and put a front portico on the house. The result was great! I am regularly complimented about how great the front of the house looks with the new portico they constructed. I would definitely recommend Anthony and Westchester Premier Builders for your home renovation needs and i expect to use them for future projects!

Anthony was calm and gave good suggestions.  His workers, especially Marcos and Euclid were very polite and professional. We saw them just about every day for over 4 weeks and everything went well.  We would discuss the progress each day and would have fun seeing the project evolve.  Anthony was easy to reach by phone or text. A few little things came up that needed fixing and they were done without question until we were satisfied.  We waited a long time to do our remodel and we ended up very happy! I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again!

We hired Woodstone Contracting Inc. (Anthony Quattrone) in the autumn of 2011 to do the job described above.  The job started off OK but very soon Anthony?s performance deteriorated sharply.  He is not to be recommended, for reasons that include the following:
The job Anthony did was not in accordance with the specifications of the job.  He changed the job specs without telling us (never mind ASKING us) about the change, including using materials and methods that saved him time and money.
The quality of work was mediocre at best.  Details were left unfinished.  (I would say that Anthony is particularly weak on interior work.) And about a year later, parts of what he did were already coming apart.
Anthony was very disorganized.  He lost paperwork.  He seemed to have problems properly organizing crew and materials.  He had great difficulty navigating the building-permit process, and he blamed it all on the building inspector.
Anthony was a very poor communicator.  He did not keep us informed about the job, he did not return phone calls or answer emails in a timely fashion (in some cases weeks would pass before he responded; sometimes he just didn?t respond at all),
and he did not communicate well with his crew (the workers came to us to get instructions on what they were supposed to do).
Anthony was often late for appointments (more than an hour in some cases) and once did not show up at all.
Anthony?s crew did not clean up regularly.  Worst of all, just before Christmas I asked Anthony to make sure that the debris was cleared off the front walk and front porch so there wasn?t construction rubbish in front of our front door on Christmas.  In fact, there was a high pile of stuff right beside our door throughout the Christmas holiday.
Anthony told us the job would be finished in ?one good, long week.?  After four days of work, the crew disappeared.  They reappeared several weeks later and worked for five partial days around Christmas and then disappeared again, this time for almost eight months!  The work was finally finished in late August 2012, but Anthony didn?t complete the paper work and deliver the Certificate of Occupancy to us until March 2013.  So, in all, the ?one good, long week? was in fact some 65 weeks.  And at every step of the process, we had to chase Anthony to get him to finish the job.
Anthony gave us a fixed-price contract.  At the end of the job he charged more than the contracted amount and then demanded even more!
Bottom line:  Bring to mind the worst experience you ever had with a contractor, multiple that by ten, and you?ll have an idea of what it?s like to have Anthony as your contractor.  Needless to say, I will never hire him again and would not recommend him to anyone.
Response from Westchester Premier Builders, Inc.

"This job was for a un heated vestibule and plans said to sheet rock, I installed azak sheets at my cost as it is suitable for this project . We ended up in court and judge acknowledged that I used a superior product and dismissed his claim of not following plans"

Ours was a big job (two jobs, really) that would cost in excess of $100,000.  We wanted a licensed contractor so we could be sure all work was done legally.  From the beginning, we explained honestly that we are unfamiliar with the renovation process and would pay for anything necessary to ensure all work was done according to local codes.  Anthony had been recommended to us by an Interior Designer.  We were glad he was licensed. He was reassuring and helpful.  The finished work was done in a timely manner and we were happy with the end result.
Fast forward to fall of 2012 when we could not sell our home because proper permits had not been obtained at the time of the renovations.  The work was not done according to local codes (i.e.; plastic PVC piping was used where copper was required, improper electrical wiring, etc.)  This was a highly stressful time when we had to relocate and were trying to buy a home in another city.  We could not immediately do so because of the work that had been done illegally -- many things had to be done all over again.  It cost approximately $10,000 to rectify the situation.
In the end, we should have been better informed about the renovation process.  Still, this was not expected from a "Licensed Contractor" and, for that reason, I cannot recommend this business.
Response from Westchester Premier Builders, Inc.

"I do not know who this person is and think she is confusing me with a anthother company with similar name . Also she is incorrect as far as pex piping . It is legal and used by all plumbers ."

After receiving 3 quotes for a kitchen remodel of our 1916 center hall colonial, we went with Anthony because a few friends in the neighborhood had good experiences and his price was right.  Anthony rolled with all of the punches and changes like a true professional.  We had designed a galley kitchen due to a wall that we thought had plumbing stacks in it, having to remain in place.  Well during on demo day, all the walls came down and our galley kitchen immediately became an open plan kitchen.  We were extremely happy about this except that 1/2 of the cabinetry that had been ordered could be used and the demo revealed knob and tube wiring which we learned had to be abated in the entire house.  Anthony worked with us and our architect to make sure the project renovation continued as smoothly as practical.  The project continued smoothly until the IKEA contractor responsible for the counters delayed the project for almost two weeks.  Other than that his workers were courteous and friendly and we would (and have) recommended him again.
One caveat that I would share is that Woodstone's painters leave something to be desired.  That said, Anthony has requested a punch list from me which I've been negligent in getting to him.  but he promised to have items looked at if and when I send him the list.  Overall we are very happy with our new living area - so much so that the items on the punch list seem trivial.

He set up an appoinment with us to come out and appraise the job, but 15 minutes before he was supposed to be there, he called us to tell us he found another job, and he would not be helping us until July, if we still needed the work to be done. He re-scheduled, and didn't even show up after that.
Response from Westchester Premier Builders, Inc.

"I certainly didn’t say I found another job as I do 6 to 10 jobs at a time ."
