Imperial Cleaning

Service was terrific and we have engaged the same team through Imperial Cleaning Co. for regular service every other week.

Imperial Cleaning did a great job, I would recommend and I will use in the future.

Imperial Cleaning Co was excellent from start to finish. I had read other reviews and decided to trust them, and so glad I did. They were a little pricey but very worth it, we also used the coupon from Angie's List (definitely mention it). Booking was easy, Lenin was very friendly and flexible with the time/day I requested. 3 people arrived and got to work right away, they were super professional and left the house the cleanest I've ever seen it, and as promised took about 2.5 hrs. It was the simple stuff that impressed me the most - the way they left the trash bags replenished, neatly tied, knick knacks neatly put away where they found them, dusting and neatly organizing a desk, things I didn't have time to do on my own. I kept finding little things they had done a few days after, and it left a great impression. I would absolutely use them again, and plan to have them back next week.

Used the coupon that was available. I just moved into a new home and between moving from one boro to another county in one day and then going to work, Imperial really came through and assisted.  I was so exhausted and cleaning a new home was just one thing Imperial helped me check off the list.  Their workers even cleaned up the shattered glass from a broken glass window in the basement and placed the remnants of the broken window outside.

I would definitely use them again.  My place was spotless and smelled amazing.

Extremely prompt, professional, honest, they quickly evaluated the home and set forth. They brought their own cleaning supplies (tons of them), and got right to work. They were honest, never stopped working and left the residence shining. We will have them back. Thanks

I've already scheduled another appointment with ICC.  I worked through Henry in the front office; he's friendly, professional and helpful.  The cleaning crew arrived on time and quickly got to work.  They were so efficient and professional that they finished early and the work cost less than quoted!

Very well. Completed the job in time and very efficient. Definitely using these guys again.

The three women were able to work around moving boxes and people coming in and out to clean the entire house, clean out cabinets and appliances as well as the standard bathrooms and floors. They were kind enough to help arrange the bathroom supplies that were already unpacked. They were very polite and understanding and most importantly trustworthy. They spent three hours at my house and it was well worth the cost. I will definitely hire them again!

Imperial Cleaning Co was terrific.  They were on-time, courteous and did a great job.
They cleaned my floors, countertops, windows and everything looked great.
I've referred them to friends and family who now use them too.
I can't do a better job myself so I'm glad they come on a regular basis to clean.
I also have them come before a party and they're always consistent and do a really great job.

Good job. 3 cleaners came. Very professional. In setting up the appointment the office staff was very helpful, explained the service to be provided in detail, and adjusted the schedule. The cleaners arrived within the scheduled time, attacked the situation with diligence, and left within the specified time.

They  cleaned  a two level home.
Cleaning was fair, we preferred another company.

Was very pleased at first until I saw that the cleaning was not as deep as promised.
I might hire them again but will pay closer attention to the work in progress
