I HAVE FOUND THEIR PRICES TO BE BETTER THAN OTHER PLACES. WHEN I HAVE CALLED THEM WITH A PROBLEM, THEY HAVE RESPONDED WITHIN TWENTY FOUR HOURS TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. THEY CAME OUT ON A WEEKEND TO WORK ON MY COMPUTER.

THIS COMPANY WAS RESPONSIVE AND PROMPT. THE COST WOULD HAVE BEEN FAIR IF THEY HAD BEEN SUCCESSFUL. AFTER TWO HOUSE CALLS, THEY STILL WERE NOT ABLE TO RETRIEVE ANY INFORMATION THAT WAS LOST.

THEIR PRICES ARE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE, BUT THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT COMPUTERS AND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS.
