I got a phone call and the work was immediately scheduled within 5 minutes of looking up HomeAdvisor.

Mike and Harrison really rocked this out for me. I needed a deadbolt installed for my tenants, Harrison called me immediately after my request for a quote from Home Advisor. Quote was super accurate and had service within 24 hours of request. Super efficient and easy to work with. Would hands down recommend all day long.

The technician went out of his way to insure my project was as cost effective as possible. He wasn’t able to immediately fix my lock on site so put in a temporary lock until he was able to take my lock to the shop to replace a broken spring mechanism. He was not sure he would be able to fix it, so we went over several replacement options. As it turned out, he was able to fix my existing lock. He was very courteous and carefully explained what the issues were, showing me the broken mechanism. He refused to be paid until my lock was reinstalled. I would highly recommend this company. Contacted via Home Advisor within minutes. It was there closing time, but they scheduled a locksmith for me for 9AM. Yuri showed up even earlier (which was great) and quickly replaced all of the outer locks. Was also very pleasant. Would certainly call upon them again if needed.

Good job with the lock installation. It would have been nice to have had the option to view/select lock options online or from a book catalog. The office employee was professional and did her best to walk me through their available options as I had to choose a lock for the installer to bring out.

The gentleman showed up on time, did the job and was out before I had finished my morning coffee. I love this guy and would invite him back for any key/lock issue I have. He was pleasant, presented well, and parked on the street, which surprised me since the lock in need was on the garage door in the back yard. I love this guy!
