They had a great selection of furniture and the prices were good.

I went to their Rotterdam, NY store looking for a particular sofa. I was greeted by a store employee and he directed me to the item I was looking for. I did not find that sofa to be comfortable, so I spent over an hour trying out different sofa's until I settled on a reclining sofa. I had several questions about the sofa, so I asked the store employee and he was able to answer all of my questions. I filled out all of the paperwork and delivery was scheduled for May 4th. The sofa was delivered on time and the deliverymen were courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

They did not stand behind something we purchase. We had a mattress guaranteed to last 10 years. It has not lasted five. Because of a stipulations in the contract they cannot take it back to the manufacturer. Old Brick also had a customer guarantee and they will not stand behind their product.

The quality of the furniture was fine however we discovered that the items we received had foam filling, not down. All the documentation from the store listed down, but the order was placed for foam. We had a very, very difficult time with the store in straightening it out and they were rude, unhelpful and non caring. I would never do business with them again, and would advise anyone else considering purchasing furniture to go elsewhere. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy a toothpick from them. There are plenty of options out there, consumers don't need this kind of poor service.
