They are very good if you are here and sometimes they skimp a little if you are not. You can always call up ahead of time and talk to the office manager and they will do a good job. Every once and a while you need to call up and tell them to do a better job.

They were fine. I had no complaints. It was a little pricey and it is not something I would do all the time. The house was empty so there was a minimal amount of furniture. There may be other companies that would do it for less money but I don't know. They did a good job. There were 4 girls that went through the house in a little over an hour which was good because they weren't here all day. I would call them again.

They did a good job and were very professional. I don't need the housecleaning now, but if do again I'll call them.

I used them once and they did a nice job. I was happy with their services. If I need housecleaing in the future, I might consider hiring them again.

They are on time and fast. They are in and out of my house in about 25 minutes. I am very satisfied with their service. They use professional products.

From my experience with them; they arrive on time, however the cleaning is hit or miss, they bathrooms and kitchens are done well, however the rest of the house is hit or miss. I also found some the employees that weren't physically fit to perform the cleaning tasks. The biggest problem that I with the company is the personnel.

Their price varies each time because I have different plans like adding a room or subtracting a room. When they do the window cleaning, they charge us less for that. The quality of their work is good.

We used The Maids over several months, expecting that they would improve over time, with feedback. The workers are friendly enough and usually arrive on time or a bit ahead of time (they call ahead if there is any change in plan, which is good). They do basic dusting and cleaning. Basic, but not thorough. They are not fond of moving anything around to dust or vacuum under it (& I'm not talking about furniture here, but things like knick knacks). Often, there are areas that are ignored for weeks at a time. Very inconsistent. On the whole they don't scrub anything... they wipe. Over time dirt builds up on kitchen & bathroom floors, etceteras. If something obviously needs cleaning and it is not on their list, it will not be touched. For instance, the fronts of cabinets, fingerprints on wooden doors, dust on lampshades, cobwebs on walls. They WILL come back to clean spots that have not been addressed appropriately if it is on their list and you call. Unfortunately, you'd have to call them almost every week and inconveniently be available for them when they can show up. They are often rough with furniture (crash, bang!) and have broken a few small items which it is your job to replace -- and they will repay you. They pay attention to small things (they fold the end of your toilet paper roll) but really aren't focused on thorough cleaning. On the whole, they are disappointing as weekly cleaners. They MAY be better at one-shot cleaning jobs... I can't report on that. It's a tough job, and I'm sure that it's not a fun one. However, customers are paying the owners of this business a lot of money, and we certainly expected a higher level of service for it.

The first visit they failed to perform a few of the promised tasks (dusting, cleaning stove drip pans, vacuuming). They returned the following day, completed all except the vacuuming of one room, which the leader claimed they would not do until an electrical cord was disconnected to the computer. They will not enter any room that they could potentially damage an item. She promised (next visit) she would vacuum the room. 2nd visit --a disaster. Once again, stove drip pans not cleaned. They banged furniture around, left chairs pulled out and away from table, tablecloth in disarray, no vacuuming at all because vacuum did not work. Did not clean around the sink, furniture, pictures not dusted, bathroom not so clean. Knocked over my fireplace poker ... left it laying in the middle of the floor; chipped frame to painting they bumped ... it fell. They mopped hardwood floors without asking. I could not wait to get them out of my house. I declined to have them return.

WE ARE TWO PEOPLE LIVING ALONE WITH NO KIDS, SO IT'S NOT A REALLY BIG JOB. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO, WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AND WE HAVE HAD THEM FOR MORE THAN FIVE YEARS.

WE WERE SATISFIED. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE, RESPONDED QUICKLY AND WERE FLEXIBLE. THEY CAME RIGHT WHEN WE NEEDED THEM. HE COULD HAVE DUSTED A LITTLE BIT BETTER.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. IT WAS DONE VERY WELL. THEY DID IT WITHIN A SPECIFIED TIME. THEY DID IT ALL IN ONE DAY.

THEIR WORK IS NOT SATISFACTORY. THEY DIDN'T DO EVERYTHING THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. I DIDN'T THINK THE HOUSE LOOKED SUBSTANTIALLY BETTER WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
