Hired for a leaky shutoff valve. The problem was solved the same day and for a good price. I would call them again.

We like hiring local. Jason knew what we needed, clearly explained the need and the process, and understood our timeframe for the work. he was prompt and efficient.

I had a flood in the basement and the gas water heater would not reliight Jason came promptly and could not get it to light. He came back the next morning and was able to light the heater. He could have said I needed a new water heater,,but didn"t. He only charged me $69 for two visits. I would highly recommend Jason, I will reuse him for any plumbiing problems.

Jason was the absolute best! I had an emergency sump pump issue and he not only arrived immediately, but completed the job in less time than expected explaining everything he was doing along the way! Jason was extraordinarily kind, competent, efficient and eager to help. Whereas other plumbers told us that our issues could not be fixed, Jason was able to repair everything in a short period of time, at a very reasonable price. He went above and beyond our expectations!

I called for this service because I was afraid my drain might become clogged after I kept hearing a "suspicious" noise. Thought it would be better to find out if there was a problem rather than wait until the basement flooded! When I called, Jason said he could come two days later, so I made the appointment. An hour later, he called and said he had a cancellation and did I want him to come right away. I did! He carefully tested each toilet and drain, but even though he heard the sound, he felt that it was only air in the pipes, nothing serious. To be sure, he checked the main drain, which needed to be cleaned out (10 years since the last time). I asked him to clean it, and he took care of it immediately. He was personable, professional and very efficient--returning the storage room to its original condition after the work, and charged a very reasonable amount for the job. Unlike some larger companies, he didn't charge a huge amount just to show up, and didn't suggest all kinds of things to be done that were not needed. I recommend him very highly, and have already put his number into my contact list for the next time I'm worried about a plumbing issue!

They were very punctual in coming to give me an estimate. They were able to complete the project that same day and the quality of the work was excellent. They cleaned up their work area very well after completing the job.

I had a clogged drain and had started with another co. From Homeadvisor who had terrible customer service and gave me wrong info for not doing their job. I called Precision, spoke to Jason and came within the hour on a Saturday. I told him what happened and said he wanted to research himself to see if they were right. The WRONG company wanted to pull my toilet, bring in a truck for the water as they couldn t find mt main. Jason came in, found it right away, no taking out the toilet, and also repaired my toilet to flush faster while he was here. He was very polite, a great guy like it used to be in days past with great customer service. Yes he cleans up beautifully and I am excited I finally have a plumber I can trust after all these years. When I was angry about the first company and how insufficient they were I realized how blessed I was to have to call Precision who is on speed dial!!!

Jason was fantastic. He arrived right on time. The clogged drain was very stubborn but he persisted with creative solutions which finally yielded to his efforts. He was very friendly and polite. He even cleaned up afterwards so well it looked better than before he came. He far exceeded my expectations while being very pleasant throughout and the cost was very reasonable. I will be highly recommending him to all my friends and anyone needing a top quality plumber.

I hired Precision to replace an outside faucet that also required replacing 3 feet of interior copper pipe. The repair was quick, very professional and reasonably priced. I will call them the next time I need any work.

Replacing my 30+ years-old gas water heater was not an easy job but Jason persisted through all of the hurdles that had to be jumped! He also was very patient in answering all of my questions. He and Jay were friendly, kind, and professional. I feel as though I got a very fair price on the water heater and the labor (which was worth every penny!) I am so happy to have found a skilled and reliable plumber who I plan to call in the future for anything plumbing related in my house. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing to anyone!

So, finding a pretty bad leak is stressful for anyone. I am SO GLAD I found this company! Another one I called, I'd have had to wait over a week for them to come out. I will be a customer for life with this company! Jason was here within two hours and even called because he was going to be a half hour EARLY! The moment he arrived, he instantly put me at ease...which isn't easy with my social anxiety! He was friendly and answered all my questions and even hooked me up with someone to fix my central AC. He patched up my plumbing in a jiffy and the price was beyond reasonable! (seriously!) I'm shocked really! Such a relief! I can't speak for anyone else in the company because I only dealt with Jason, but I would HIGHLY recommend him! Great kid! You'll see!

I called them for a second opinion. They did the work for a tenth of the price that the other company quoted. Good work, good people, and honest! I will definitely be calling them if I need anything in the future!
