In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. The experienced and knowledgeable owner was a pleasure to work with and the onsite workers did a professional job.

Paul gave me a very detailed estimate and explained the difference between all of the materials he works with, never trying to push me towards the more expensive ones. I have a Victorian house with different roof pitches, a turret and a wraparound porch. Also a garage with a carport and they replaced the roof on everything. He brought a crew of 7 who worked 12 hour days for 2 days and then finished up and installed gutters on a 3rd day. They were very professional and thorough. It was obvious they took pride in their work. They cleaned absolutely everything up when they were finished and my lawn looked better than before they started. I would highly recommend Perfection Roofing.

Great job. Showed up right on time for the estimate, provided a very detailed quote and followed up quickly when we accepted the proposal. Work was done quickly and neatly. He sent a large enough crew to complete this fairly large job in under two days. Twelve days from quote to completion.

They were very quick. My only complaint and I will change my rating to all A's when I finally receive my warranty paper work on the roof. It's been a month since the job was completed and I was to have the warranty within 10 days of payment. I did e-mail and got a response that they would look into it. IT's been over a week and I've heard nothing else. I will also change my hire again if the paper work shows up.

The workers were professional, efficient and willingly answered any questions I had. After the job was completed, I realized I forgot to ask
Paulo to remove an old antenna that was still on the roof. I called Paulo, and he sent his workers back to remove it without charge. The roof looks great and the grounds around my home were clean without any remnants of materials that were used. I'm not planning on getting another roof, but will always recommend Perfection Roofing.

Excellent. Everything was done according to how we discussed. The workers were punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They did more work for less money than other estimates, yet everything was thorough and appears to have been very well done.

The service was very quick to completion, lasting maybe a day. The owner and some of the crew did have to return twice to clean up roofing nails in the yard due as we have two dogs and one ended up with a nail in his leg while we were playing. The owner was very apologetic and covered the vet visit via a reduction in the cost of the roofing service. The roof looks great and the owner, Paulo, was very professional, nice, and dedicated to customer service.

Out of four contractors I contacted off of Angie's List requesting a quote, only Paulo at Perfection Roofing provided a quote. Thank you for your respect and professionalism.

Paulo and crew were top notch. They removed 6+ layers of rubber roof from home and layed down EPDM. Replaced 3 skylights and re-opened a sealed roof hatch. Got it done just in time for winter. I will have him back to do the bump-outs as well as my windows.

I really like Paulo, The price was competitive and he assured me that he was insured and bonded. However, I am still waiting for the insurance papers. I was told three times that they were emailed to me but i never got them. Paulo then told me that he would drop them at my house yesterday but they did not turn up. So i do not know if he really has insurance or not so i will not hire him unless i get it within the next two days. It just has wasted my time in hiring someone for the roof.

This was the easiest, most stress-free work I have had done. Paulo provided a very reasonable estimate within one day of my request. I signed the contract and work started within a few days. The whole job was done within a few hours. I stopped by a few times and each time I was impressed with the progress and the quality of the work. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They placed tarps around the garage and cleaned up everything. I could not find a single piece of the old roofing or any nails on the ground. I would highly recommend Perfection Roofing.

Excellent work, very professional. Paul is really easy to work with. It's hard to find roofing companies in the area that will do a low pitch flat roof. The work looks excellent.

Very professional, responsive to my request. Immediately went on the roof and examined the chimney and flu lining. After Paulo examined the condition he came down, with pictures, and explained the condition, not good, and what he would do to remedy the situation. One solution for one flu was to put in a liner. In the near future he will remedy the other conditions. His suggestions are on target, professional, advises what work he can do and what he doesn't do. He recommended other work be done before he comes back to do those things he suggested .  This company becomes very busy in the summer and I suggest that if you want an honest, reliable, and responsive company in this field, you call them as soon as you can. Otherwise you'll miss out on a great company. Finally, they did my daughter's roof a few years ago, wonderful job with lots of advice as they progressed. Get him before you miss out.
