Description of Work: Paul was responsive, professional, and attentive throughout the planning and replacement of our roof. He used high quality materials and came back to the job often to supervise and even clean up stray nails. It was a seamless process from start to finish.

Description of Work: I called to get a quote to fix a leak in my roof. It took a couple of days but I got a call back. He said he wasn't taking any more work this year, but then he said he would stop and take a look and see if it was something they could fit in. He agreed to come on a Monday afternoon, as I had taken the day off to get other things done. |He never showed up and I never received a call back. I would have made plans for the afternoon, since I don't get many days off. |I was disappointed, especially since they had good reviews on Angies list. |I gave a D instead of an F, because I feel he was trying to do me a favor by squeezing me in, but he really just wasted my time.

Description of Work: replaced roof |weather getting bad, I think they rushed |debris all over the yard, in my landscaping-also falling debris tore up some of my screen windos. I asked for repair and he was very accommodating- took the screens, then repaired them. To my surprise, I found the 2 repaired screens on my front walk- mid-winter. It was a windy time and they probably blew away from my front door halfway up to the driveway. No call prior to delivery. |Also they broke a couple of landscping lamps- so he bought me a new one, but did not REPLACE IT>, just left it on my front stoop with the repaired screen. |In the spring I was still picking shingles out of my holly bushes. |Another issue was the amount of debris, nails, etc we could see on the roof. I did ask him to come and clean it up; he did- willingly spring 2015. |Last issue was the condition of my gutters. they were clearly not replaced in proper position and gaps were visible between roof,and gutter. In addition some of the rleaders blew off during the winter- not discovered until spring. My contractor replaced the leaders; the roofer also willingly (tried to) reposition the gutters, but my contractor was still not satisfied with the work. |To top it off, we got a flat tire in one of our cars-roofing nail- shortly after the job was done. |The roofer was polite, not really argumentative and did come back to clean up after I asked, but I don't feel that a quality job would have left so much behind.

Description of Work: New asphalt roof, removal of old roof, which included several layers of shingles (surprise). Paulo had great communication with us and in the face of unsuspecting circumstances was very fair in striking a compromise. The crew was prompt, diligent and professional. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: The work entailed some minor roof repairs after a tree fell on the house. I had made a temporary patch, so there was no urgency for a permanent repair. However, the work (which took only a few hours) was done 1-2 weeks later than originally scheduled. A large oil stain was left on my driveway by one of their trucks, and they left a skid mark on the driveway too.

Description of Work: They did my neighbors roof. The flashing around the chimney looks horrible. The ridges weren't shingled straight. No doubt that flashing is a leaker. It's too bad I can't post pics here.

Paul explained the process and was very informative. Their price for services were very reasonable. They were able to work our job in quickly and they completed our roof in 1 day. It looks amazing! They were very professional from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

Clean-up was excellent, and any questions or concerns that came up during the job were handled professionally and without hesitation. An excellent company--Paul is a pleasure to work with and the roof and new gutter system are clearly well done!

Description of Work: De-iced my roof. They came the day after I called them. They were prompt, did all the de-icing and cleaned up sidewalk and driveway afterwards.
