"Aparna, We're sorry you had a negative experience with our services. I personally met with you and your husband in an effort to remedy the problems and apologized for any headaches that were caused. We learned some valuable lessons from this experience. We cannot check and mail clients their mail, we cannot water their plants for them, and cannot manage a partially furnished single family home that has someone living in part of it with doors locked throughout. Our company is built to manage stand alone rentals. We perform very well with everything from single family home (with the entire home being a rental and not specific rooms) up to apartment complexes and HOAs. I think what would have served you better would have been a friend, neighbor, or single person who checked on the home periodically and completed the tasks you expected (checking and mailing your mail, watering and moving plants, watering trees in the back yard, etc). As a company, we're really not set up to handle things like this and it was certainly a unique situation. I hope things have gone better since we parted ways and I wish you good luck in renting your property in the future."
