At NGB Property Management, we manage properties of all sizes. From single family houses to complexes, there's no property too big or small for us. Whether you're relocating and don't want to sell your house, or you want to purchase more properties but need to outsource the management, we can help. We offer tenants the ability to pay their rent online. We have a Broker, Realtor, and Attorney on staff. Our toll-free phone number provides an emergency hotline as well.

From the one year of 'service' received from this company, I will unfortunately have to go with the low rating. Use NGB services at your own risk. My advice would be write a rock solid contract for what precisely you want them to do as part of their property management service, else rest assured they will bungle it. And then they will advise you to take legal counsel to follow up. They seem to treat some clients well and find an excuse to treat others very poorly, and that to them is a perfect way to run a business. Unfortunately, we didn't know this while engaging them a year ago, and we suffered significant lot on their account. They took care of a couple of things over the year, but otherwise delegated the rest to the tenants, didn't communicate many important details to the tenants, mismanaged mail, let trees die on the property, didn't care for the lawn.

Aparna, We're sorry you had a negative experience with our services. I personally met with you and your husband in an effort to remedy the problems and apologized for any headaches that were caused. We learned some valuable lessons from this experience. We cannot check and mail clients their mail, we cannot water their plants for them, and cannot manage a partially furnished single family home that has someone living in part of it with doors locked throughout. Our company is built to manage stand alone rentals. We perform very well with everything from single family home (with the entire home being a rental and not specific rooms) up to apartment complexes and HOAs. I think what would have served you better would have been a friend, neighbor, or single person who checked on the home periodically and completed the tasks you expected (checking and mailing your mail, watering and moving plants, watering trees in the back yard, etc). As a company, we're really not set up to handle things like this and it was certainly a unique situation. I hope things have gone better since we parted ways and I wish you good luck in renting your property in the future.
