"We are unable to repair lamps, and we made that very clear to this customer over the phone numerous times. She continued to call in and persist that we fix her lamp. While we have the knowledge to help out, which we did in this scenario, we suggested multiple times to bring this lamp to Wolberg Electric where they have a lamp repair space and can match every part up piece for piece and it would be more economical than a house call. This customer was unable to leave her home so we came out as a courtesy. Then we went out of our way to charge significantly less than we would normally charge for a service call just to try and work with her limited budget. To see that this review is the result of us going out of our way to help out someone is disheartening to say the least. I am happy to hear that your lamp is back working, but it seems unfair to review us as a 3-stars for quality when we were working with limited materials and were still able to successfully repair your lamp. Thank you."
