The servicemen were prompt, polite and friendly. I did not have to wait very long at all. Since then, I have not had any issues with tire pressure.

Staff was courteous and professional. Pricing was done on line. They upsold me on an alignment but I could have easily said no. It was not a high pressure kind of pitch. Technician went right to work within 15 minutes of my arrival and had the job done within 30 minutes. he took the van for a test drive and I was out of there within an hour or so. Very pleased with the quality of Firestone tires, and the staff at the Wolf Rd store.

Their service manager are very pleasant to work with, they do not try to rip you off. Trustworthy guys who do not suggest you buy anything not needed.
