Description of Work: When his equipment broke down he arranged for another contractor to come and do the job in a timely and efficient manner.

Description of Work: I looked on Angies list for "tree service" as I needed to take care of a partially broken/hanging branch and other dead branches cut down. I found a provider with good reviews and they also had a voucher for $111 for $200 worth of tree service. I called the provider and left a message. Provider called within a half hour. He was in the vicinity and would stop by soon. Provider came within an hour and a half and gave an account of what my trees were lacking to make them healthy and gave an estimate to service the issues as stated above. As he was driving away, I remembered that I forgot to advise him that I had a voucher, so I called and left a message stating that fact. Provider called back within half an hour and advised me that he no longer accepts the voucher that it was only for his slower period in the winter. I told him that I still would like him to take care of the issues and that I would call Angies list and explain the situation to get a refund as I paid it with Paypal. He also said that he would contact Angies list to straighten this out and to get the voucher taken off. I called Angies list and filled out the refund request as instructed.

Description of Work: Cut dead trees and limbs and cleaned everything up.

Description of Work: The service provider never called me back and i attempted t reach him several times and no return phone call at all.
