Called and made an appointment, pulled a no call, no show, never bothered to return my call. Had me and my tenant waiting for nothing. A Hole

Called and spoke to Tim, he was here within an hour diagnosed the problem, he was courteous and helpful explaining everything to me. I highly recommend this service should you need a plumber.

He promised to call me back in 30 minutes and never called back, Never responded to a follow-up call either.

It went really well. I had a leak for a long time, and another provider was suggesting to replace the whole unit, but A & J Plumbing was able to fix it. He also showed up on time.

Tim showed up the next day fixed 2 clogged / leaking drains that had baffled me for 3 days. Will definitely hire A&J again.

Excellent work. Quick response and arrived the next work day. Very reasonably priced ($200) plus cost of wax ring, bolts ,disposal of old toilet and tax ($70) - for a total of $270

I can't believe how quick and affordable Tim's services were. Tim, without question, is the best plumber we have ever encountered, and I would venture to assume that he is probably in the top five of his profession in the Capital Region. In an age of being overcharged for unnecessary services for which one must wait weeks, I was pleasantly surprised by Tim's flexible schedule and his competitive fees. He even threw in a quality bathtub stopper for free! Undoubtedly, we were completely satisfied, and if we could give Tim a higher rating than A, we would. We have already recommended Tim to several family members, friends, and acquaintances, and we will continue to do so indefinitely. Indeed, we are hoping that Tim never retires.

When I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a backyard hose bib for our anniversary, Tim was able to schedule around my hectic work week on short notice. Tim is a good professional plumber. He showed up ahead of time and and completed the work quicker then expected. Would hire again.

With a broken shoulder and an arm in a sling, this situation was an emergency for me. Tim responded immediately and was at my home less than an hour after I called. He quickly identified the reason for the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and pleasant and I will definitely hire him again.

Tim called me back promptly and arrived in the morning. After unsuccessfully trying to unclog the drain from the cleanout located under the sink, he decided to cut the drain pipe in the laundry room and put a cleanout closer to where the clog was located ( which will make it easier to unclog this pipe in future if required) Once that was done, the clog was removed and everything cleaned up promptly, I was pleased with the service and how the repair was handled.

Tim called right back after leaving message at 4PM. I had shut the valve off so that it was not leaking at this time. He said he could come in the morning. Showed up at 10 AM, replaced the valve and cleaned up. We are very happy with his job. This is the second time we have used him.

Made an appointment, which was cancelled on the day of. Didn't offer to reschedule. Complained that the 30 minute drive was too far.

Called Tim Mink on a Sunday at 3 PM hoping he'd be able to come the same day to replace it. He initially didn't think he'd be able to make it, but when he heard we didn't have hot water in the house due to the valve leak, he said he could come the same day. Arrived a little after 8PM and was done a little after 8:30. Couldn't have been happier with the results. I was pleasantly surprised at the price.
