We got off to a bit of a rough start when Mike did not show up for the appointment but all turned out extremely well. After waiting a half-hour, I called Mike and he arrived less than an hour later. After we agreed on a price, Mike snaked all of the slow running drains in the house. He was extremely neat when working, even covering his shoes, and he cleaned up well after each job. He even tossed nearly empty long-forgotten cleaning products he found under my kitchen sink into a bag for me to dump! All of the drains are working well now. He recommended regular use of a product to keep ahead of clogs which we really appreciated. He’s a very nice and highly qualified guy. I am very pleased and would recommend Mike to anyone.

Mike responded quickly, even thought it was the end of the day. He repaired my leaking pipe that night, even finding another pinhole before it became a problem. He was very thorough. I am always impressed when someone talks me through; the repair process. I would definitely recommend him.

Mike responded quickly and did everything he said he would do. He took on a project previous plumbers told me could not be done without opening an entire wall . . . he did it perfectly. No complaints from me and I'll hire him again when needed.

Mike immediately responded to find out what was needed regarding our plumbing request. He was there that evening to give a free estimate. Initially there were two small items that we needed to be looked at and luckily Mike was there when another larger plumbing issue arose. Although he was busy he still managed to honestly give us updates on when he could come do work at our house throughout the week of work that was needed for us, and did superb, efficient work while doing a great job of explaining all problem spots in a very easy to understand way for a novice like me. His cleanup and limited structural damage to get to all the pipes needed was also very much appreciated. Overall such a pleasure to work and deal with, a true professional in every sense of the word.

I am not satisfied with their job. they came twice because the work was incorrect.

First I would like to say from the very beginning Mike polloni. Was honest, vs the competitors who were over charging, by a pretty significant ridiculous amount, he came in did the job very clean very efficient and took the time out to explain how to extend the life of our new water heater by self servicing it . Overall 5 stars knowledgeable friendly yet Proffesionals exactly the kind of company you want to do business with, I highly recommend this company and will keep the Number for all future plumbing projects.

Mike was very pleasant and very knowledgeable he did a great job and waited until past midnight for orange and rockland to restore my gas power. (I had numerous gas leaks) to make sure everything was. Okay I recommend him highly and he is reasonable with his rates. I recommend ten stars not just five

Upset over this experience. I was looking forward to getting Kitchen taken care.

Premier plumbing I hired to do have thermostat installed so the heating to start when outside temperature is below 50 and boiler to be turned off if outside temperature is above 50 but still to provide hot water to all apartments . The relayswitch that shuts off the boiler and still provide hot water without the heat . The weather was hot and building was heated . So I hired premier plumbing to do the job . He took almost one week . Did not provide any estimate of cost or time . He would go to the boiler room various times changed the wiring but still did not work . The hot water tank would get hot water and shut off . Michael said when temp gets hot it will shit off . But would not turn back on automatically Super has to turn on manually . The bill was $3370/ still system was not working . Premier came back did change coupling and said need new expansion tank asked me to pay $535:/ including parts and labor. But expansion tank never came gave me another estimate for 2500: system was not working . I had to stop because mike had no straight explanation and no estimate . I told mike to stop work and give my money back mike said I had to pay for somethings he did . He would give $250:/ so far no money has been returned nor job completed not prof job when I asked for money .he would stop by and give the money which was not done he used bad language I will forward his text . It is very disturbing to have dealt with this abusive contractor . I have been in business three decades . No one has ever used this type of language this copy of mike of premier plumbing ?What are you saying right now I told you I?ll give you the money why don?t you just come pick it up. I don?t take orders from you. If you want the money come pick it up or you?ll have to wait until I have time to come to Nyack to drop it off.. listen I don?t know why you think you can talk to people how ever you want. But listen here in America we have this thing call RESPECT! And you only get it when you give it. But when you act like a snobby b**** like yourself. And you treat people like they are beneath you... well then you already know people are going to tell you to go **** your self! ? This very abusive please look in to this matter I cannot believe this type of behavior is accepted by your company . If I ask to give money back I find he was not sure what needed to be done . He should have said so I had to get another company to evaluate this job The new company advised me the job will cost $10500/ what ever it is there is not done in Workman like manor . I want the entire $3370/ back from Home advisors on your recommendation I hired this premier one company it is one man company barely any experience how the job needs to be done what exactly would be the estimate of cost and time otherwise I would not have hired premier plumbing at all . I hope your company has insurance to set this straight

Michael arrived to replace broken hot water heater within hours of my call by rescheduling another job that was not an emergency. He delivered/installed a top quality water heater, explained everything very clearly, replaced broken pressure reducing value that caused water heater to fail and cleaned up after himself. He charged me a flat rate labor charge even though job took longer than usual due to issues with the way my home was plumbed. As far as I can tell, he does not mark up the price of the parts he installs. Also, Michael recommended a man to handle water/mold issue who stopped by later same day to discuss basement mold situation and gave me a free estimate--also a quality guy. I highly recommend Michael and will def use him again.

Last weekend my l found my water heater leaking. I immediately utilized Home Advisor to locate a plumber. That's when I found Premier 1 Plumbing & Heating, LLC. Owner, Michael Polloni answered my call within minutes. I explained the issue and he came the same day (on Sunday) to install my new water heater.
