Quick response to my request, showed up on time, very fair pricing and problem resolved with broken furnace. Forget the name but great technician sent to job

Premier responded to a Home Advisor inquiry immediately, Mike Polloni (owner) did the assessment and provided an estimate. A tech completed the repair the following day. The original problem occurred again a couple of days later. I texted Mike and he requested information about the unit so he could order parts. He never contacted me to follow up on his botched repair. This was weeks ago and as of today, I have still not heard from him. I now have to pay another contractor to resolve the issue because Mike will not respond and stand behind his teamwork. I later learned that Premier 1 is not a licensed or insured company. Home Advisor should remove it from its network. Do not use Premier 1.

The technician got there on time, troubleshot the issue, and identified the root cause. After giving him the green light, he went to get the parts and the problem was fixed in no time. Repair cost was on the high side, but I have no choice as I had no heat in the house. Overall, they did a very good job. I strongly recommend them!

I already submitted a detailed review. These guys were fantastic all around and were able to add some preventive maintenance to my job at a very reasonable cost. They are honest about what you need, could need eventually, and don't need.

Mike called as soon as I put in the request. They showed up the same day and got to work! I was getting no heat on my lower floor, it was frigid. These guys figured out my problem and hot the heat working and even recommended I split my heat zones and control my temp by floor level which was the smartest thing I could have done. I thought this work was way more complex to do, but Mike got it done the same day at a very reasonable price. These guys know their stuff, the pricing is great, and they are responsive. I will definitely hire them again to add AC to my lower level.

Within minutes of me signing up on home advisor I got a call from Mike and we were confirming availability for him to come over and change out my water heater. He was very thorough and asking me size the type gave me various costs depending on the unit and also availability. Home advisor had given me a price range and I had an idea of what a new water heater would cost and this company price and installation was right on. This all happened at about 8 PM at night during the week and a two-man crew owner and actual brother showed up and did a wonderful job removing my old unit and installing a new one. There were no issues whatsoever and I would highly recommend this team to do plumbing and changing any other items I will need in the future. Because they are a family to Mann business they have low overhead they know what they’re doing and they can probably pass the savings along to the consumer. I love my Rheem water heater!

Prompt, professional - great service

This company is wonderful. The guys who came out when I had an emergency are seriously knowledgeable, resourceful, and professional. They came out in the snow, within a couple of hours of my calling them, and replaced a busted water heater by that evening we had hot water for showers. I live in a newer house and I'm not knowledgeable about how things work and they stepped me through what I should look out for and also what I should do if we have another emergency. I'm blown away by how they were able to replace the water heater in one day. This included purchasing it and picking it up and installing it. Plus, they also got to the root of the problem that had caused other costly repairs and replacements for me which was a faulty water pressure gauge that was installed by the builders. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asked.

Quick, knowledgeable, fair price

I was surprised that they were able to offer same day service. He answered the quote request almost immediately was kind and helpful. The leak under the sink was fixed and the faucet replaced expertly. We couldn’t be happier, definitely give them a call.
