My leaky faucet was taken care of the day after I phoned in my request I was very happy about that. all the people I had contact with were very pleasant polite and professional I would deck definitely recommend this company

The was contacted by River City Plumbing in the morning and they said someone would be to my house between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm. The plumber showed up around 1:30, promptly did the work in abut 15 minutes and left. Good job, prompt and on time. Great.

They were prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. That's saying a lot. The work looks good. It seemed after the fact it was more expensive then it should have been, but it got done and that's what mattered to me.

Ità ¢à  à  s a kitchen sink replacement. It will take two weeks to get to it. Price is high bit they do have to change a drain pipe out and move it. Complicated for me but there warranty is crazy. 10 years. Even though there work is 5 times the price of the sink they are fixing a plumbing issue and Ià ¢à  à  m happy with everything.

He came saw did not give a quote. Opened the outlet saw there was a small water leak, tightened the tap handle and charged $200. That was a RIPOFF. He did not provide a invoice/bill. Later I realized and called him he said he will send it and it is more than 20 days yet to receive the invoice/bill. I think his name was Douglas.

The price was fairly high for the work done. I had to call them back to correct water pressure. The responded very promptly.

He actually didn't repair anything. He discovered that my leak was caused by a screw loose on the pull out spray nozzle. He tightened the screw and would not charge me for the visit. He noticed that my disposal is probably in need of replacing, which we already knew, so I will definitely call him when I'm ready to replace that.

We had a very troublesome water leak of the main water supply pipe the week before Christmas. It was very cold and snowy. River City did an excellent job taking care of the leak and restoring our water. However, because of Reno's cold temperatures, the full repair could not be done until the end of March, which left our yard in disrepair for a number of months. This was not the fault of River City Plumbing; and, overall, they did a very thorough job. We would recommend them for emergency repairs.

Jeff and Steve pressure tested my gas line and were great to work with.

They completed a small studio they are an excellent company. Work ethics you seldom see anymore. Dedicated to perfection. I love the new studio. Miss seeing you guys. Dependable, CARING, honest work is exceptional

We hired them to replace a faulty faucet and spray hose in our kitchen sink. The workers were courteous, arrived on time and installed a quality $279 unit to replace the faulty one. No problem there. Prepare for sticker shock if you go with this company. They ended up charging a total of $819, or $180 an hour, for a job that took no more than 3 hours. To top it off, we did not receive a receipt for the job. After we paid the workers, I asked for a receipt and was told Doug at the office would email me one. I phoned Doug three days later after failing to receive one and I still have not got a receipt two weeks later. I would rate the customer service by the workers a 5 and Doug's customer service a zero. I realize most plumbers are gouging customers now and that's why I'm giving them a 2.5 for the value of money. If I don't get a receipt in the next several days, I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. I've always received receipts for any home repairs and can't figure out why I have not received one yet. I would not recommend this company.

Neat work, done with no delay and got the water heater installed so we were not without hot water longer than necessary.

Two part review. Two separate jobs. I got several quotes and they were higher than most but I hired them because they seemed the most professional. First job was one day and perfectly done. But they discovered a cracked pipe and water leak. The recommended an abatement team. The abatement team did a great job preparing the area for the plumbers to come back. Then it took several days of back and forth but the plumbers repaired the pipe. My only major issue was that they did not keep me informed of their status. They left once without letting me know to go to another job. Leaving me to make calls for updates on the repair.

On time arrival. The tech noticed that there was something wrong with the Faucet I bought at Home Depot. They were very kind to wait at my house while I returned the bad part and came back with a new faucet assembly they could use to finish the job.
