I emailed them numerous times with questions and they never responded. Over the next month they were supposed to get a renter for the house, they were working with the renters in our other house to sign a lease agreement. Again we emailed them, with no response. They were going to be doing work at both places, we asked to have the bills sent to us so we could see them and send them the money for the bills. They didn't send us copies of the bills so we didn't send them the money to pay those bills. When they finally did send the bills I made payments directly to the company. They waited unti they had gotten rent money from our tennants. They took the money, collected the proceeds, and called and said they no longer wanted to be our property managers, and took the fees out of the rent money. I sent them a certified letter with my complaints, they refused to accept the letter from the post office. I told them in the letter I never got a copy of the contract, they were supposed to give us 30 days before you terminated the contract, I asked for my $300 start up costs back. He was extrememly disrespectful and unprofessional on the phone. They didn't perform in a professional manner and refused to refund the money they had collected from us when they terminated the contract. The tenants that were moving out told me that Larson properties were really rude and obnoxious to them as they were doing their vacating procedures. I asked them for the tenants forwarding address, and they never provided me with that. I had to find it myself from looking it up on the internet. When I finally did contact them, they told about the rude behavior while moving out.
Description of Work: We contracted them as property managers for our two rentals. We paid a $300 setup charge to set up bookkeeping, etc. The renters were moving out of the one of the homes. We signed their contract but never got a copy of the contract. Their contract says they put a sign up on the house, they never put the house on their website, etc. But they never did any of those things.
