They called within 2 minutes of my request for a quote online. They showed up to do the estimate the next day at the exact time they said they would and the services they offered were beyond what I expected. The quote they gave me was so much lower than I anticipated and I even believed it to be too low that I told them to increase it by $40! I had another company already scheduled to quote me that day and when they came out, they never even called me back and they were recommended from this same website! Diamond Shine showed up right up on time to do the job and worked tirelessly for 7 hours straight without a break and I wish I could have afforded to give them more money because they deserved it! I will sing their praises from the rooftops!

They did an excellent job cleaning some very old and dusty windows. the job took much longer than expected due to some broken window mechanism's, but they put in the extra time to do the job right.

I think they did a good job but were pretty quick and could have added more detail. I will be using them now for maintenance every few weeks and the house smells fabulous!

I haven't hired window cleaning professionals before so I'm not sure what others are like. I was a bit surprised the gentleman used a bottle of windex and microfiber towels to clean the windows instead of other tools. Again, I haven't hired out for this before. He was quick to schedule me, very polite, and the windows even on the second story look very nice so that's what really matters, right?! No streaks like when I do it. Thank you!
