Was very pleased with the unit replacement that Chris and Chandler tackled today. It was a total replacement which included both the inside and outside units as well as some peripheral items. They were prompt, efficient, kept me aware of the status throughout the day, very courteous and respectful of my home. I was very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge as well as answering all my questions. I couldn't ask for a better team. Tru Comfort is lucky to have such valuable employees.

They replaced my AC unit during a heat spell quickly and for a fair price. Thermostat was not working as well and they came back quickly and replaced that too. Fair, efficient, responsive and professional. Even offered to temporary place a portable cooling unit for the house until the equipment could be installed. Greatly appreciated that but it turned out the equipment was able to be secured before the weekend. Dillon (Dylan?) was great to work with. Would definitely use again.
