Returned calls when they said they would, to set up appointment. Were able to quote price over the phone. Arrived on time to do the job. Reaffirmed quoted price. Job complete in half hour or so. Did an extra thing at no charge, moved the push bar on the front door screen so it will be behind peoples' hand when they open the door. Must have lubed slider on double door, because it works like a dream now. I would most definitely use these people again. Very nice folks.

I was pleasantly surprised that the price quoted turned out to be reduced at the end because they could use two of the sides of my bent screen. Please note when visiting them, their sign says," Mosaics" (another business of theirs). They do provide mobile service too.

Reno Screen repair was great. I got an estimate and an appointment over the phone when I called. Vernon came to the house to do the re screening. Last year I used another company and I had to wrestle the screen into and out of the car. There was no additional charge for him to come to our house. Vernon re screened, installed new wheels and adjusted the screen door. It works like new! When I made the original appointment I asked if I could add additional screens when he was out and that was fine. Reno Screen adds some time to the appointment just for that reason. In addition to the sliding glass door screen he re screened a small bathroom window, adjusted 2 more sliding glass door screens and changed out 1 more set of wheels. I would definitely do business with them again.

Fall 2011 we replaced all of our window screens (10) from the original dark brown frames and brown screening to nice new white frames with the silver/gray screening. They would normally have come to the house to measure all the windows but as I was scrapping the old screens I delivered all the screens to them and they built new ones the same size. Vernon delivered the new screens which fit perfectly and look and work far better than the original screens. I was so happy with the results we had them repair (re-screen) 5 window screens from our vacation home. They used quality materials and completed the order as designed and on time. Vernon, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this local family-owned and operated business.
