Juan Sr got back to me right away, came out to my property and provided me with a verbal bid. Juan Jr arrived the next day with his team, they worked carefully and quickly. They removed a 2 inch thorned tree and seven small tree stumps in a very efficient manner. I loved their courtesy, professionalim and respectfulness! Hard to find companies with these type of workers. I will definitely hire them again!

CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE SERVICE AND THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUAN CALLED WITHIN THIRTY MINUTES MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND MET ME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, LOOKED AT THE WORK TO BE DONE AND GAVE ME A VERY GOOD PRICE. TOLD ME THEY COULD START AS SOON AS I WANTED. The trees I asked Juan to shorten and trim/thin looks great! They also removed a large dead tree. The crew cleaned up quickly and even took our trimmings from the bushes I had personally worked on. The work was completed within 2 1/2 hours. Our front and back yard trees look great! Juan and his son along the crew did a great job! I highly recommend Medrano Trees Service.

Quick and efficient with thorough cleanup

Juan responded quickly and gave us a very reasonable estimate for trimming our neighbor's very tall elm trees (that hang over our fence line). We were scheduled within that week and the crew did a wonderful job.

Juan took out a tree in the front yard and a 20-year-old rose bush. He responded to my request for a bid, looked at it the same day, and removed it the next.

They did a nice job.

Contacted Juan at 4:15 Thursday afternoon. He arrived at our home in Incline Village an hour later and presented an extremely fair estimate. He started the job early the following morning. He performed extra work for the same price and exceeded our expectations on professionalism, efficiency, safety and cleanup. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Juan for an estimate on trimming 6 trees, he said he would be over in 15 minutes. Showed up right away and gave us a reasonable quote. After agreeing to estimate he said he could do the project the same day, Crew arrived in an hour and finished the job, cleaned all debris, very professional and thoughtful, would use them again.
