They were here when they said and finished my whole upstairs bedroom moving items for me. I was very pleased. Especially pleased with the installation. I would use them again and recommend them. Larry, the main installer is excellent.

We acclimated the product in our home for over 3 weeks.  Within a few months after installation, the product began to shrink causing gaps between the boards exceeding 1/8".  The installer promptly came over and tightened up the boards.  Then, about 3 months later, the problem came back and this time was so excessive, the installer had to remove the outside boards, tighten up the boards in the middle of each room and replace the outside boards with new boards that he paid for out of his own pocket.  The shrinkage was so severe, we had gaps of almost 1".  There was no pattern, it was everywhere.  After this repair, about 6 months later, the problem happened again.  This time, we called LL and asked for a refund in the form of store credit toward the purchase of a higher quality (more expensive) product such as solid hardwood or engineered wood.  They denied us.  Even with pictures and testimony from our installer, they didn't care.  I have lost all respect for LL and would never buy anything from them again and you shouldn't either.  I am convinced they are a "blow and go" high volume retailer with no regard to customers.  Over the past few months, I have spent time comparing their prices to other retailers, and trust me, they aren't that much less.  I would gladly pay more to deal with a reputable company.
