They were a bit expensive, but the service and professionalism was exceptional!!! Keith arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and presented options for repair or replacement. I selected replacement as the unit was 20 years old. Keith drove back to Reno through a snow storm and picked up a new unit, returned through that same snow storm and installed the new unit!!! All this was done on Pro Bowl Sunday!!! Good job Keith!!!

Although we paid more than we expected for a gas water heater, what we did get was a commercial grade water heater of higher quality, and thorough professional work done. We are also happy with the 9 year warranty that includes a free annual tank drain.

They came the same day I called, explained and showed the problem with the water heater. Replacement was fast, courteous, and cleaned up after was complete. Service was excellent. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Our Plumber Tom, had a challenge with a tight fit between the new faucet and the kitchen counter. He was able to adjust the handle so that it was fully functional and not impaired by hitting the back-splash. Great Job! We also got service right away!

Keith was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem correctly (whereas another company did not) and resolved it the same day I called in. Not only did the company honor an Angie's list coupon, but also a senior discount.
