Toxicity and Mold Removal
This is for 24 Hour Flood Pros in Albuquerque, New Mexico. My Sellers in Santa Fe hired them to remediate their condo that had water damage. They were initially responsive but after their remediation the mold test failed. They did some more work and promised that the mold would be removed. The second test failed. The testing company said they failed to clean the wood. When I called back after the second failed test there was no response. This caused the Seller's closing to be delayed and cost them a lot of money for nothing. Very unhappy. NEVER use this company!
