He was very great, very polite, and very professional, but the third time when I called him, I just reached the voicemail, I left a lot of messages, and he never calls me back. I was oblige to hire another guy for the job. Overall, I am grading him an A. I am going to use him again in the future.
Called Jesus Ramirez on 5/8 and detailed recent wind damage to our fence. He indicated he would come by the next morning, take a look and give us a quote. Jesus called early the next morning indicating he and his assistant were running early (7:30AM) and if it was ok to come by. Arrived shortly thereafter, quoted the job and committed to begin and hopefully finish the same day Thursday 5/15.
All work was completed on 5/15 as agreed. Posts were removed, holes dug out, new posts were installed and cemented in place. Rails and boards returned as before. All work areas, including gardens and patio were raked and swept. Basically leaving no trace of them or our previously broken fence.
Excellent work, very polite, good communications, overall 100 per cent satisfaction. If it becomes necessary (and I am certain it will) to utilize this type of general home and garden repair service again we won't hesitate to call Jesus Ramirez 1 CALL HANDYMAN. Thank you.
Jesus was very prompt, pleasant, professional. No issues at all. It was a limited and small job, but he told me that he could work on anything dealing with the home, so I plan to use him in the future.
Jesus personally answered my call when I was inquiring about 1 Call Handyman doing the job for us.
Jesus came by when he said he would and gave us an estimate. It was a fair price. Jesus gave us a day and time when he would be by to do the work and when that day came, he and his work partner arrived at our home on time and ready to work.
They planted a total of 10 trees and when they planted each tree, they visually checked to make sure each tree was lined up properly instead of just digging a hole and dropping the tree in.
We found Jesus and his work partner to be professional, pleasant and detail oriented.

I've hired Jesus (1 Call Handyman) before, a couple of years ago. I was so impressed with his work, punctuality, politeness and professionalism that I make it a point to call him first when I need something done around my home. This year he laid a new concrete patio for me. He was here when promised, about 7am, with Temo, his co-worker and helper. They both got immediately to work preparing the patio plot. They were all ready for the pouring by the time their cement truck arrived @10 am. By 1pm they had put the gate and fence up again, cleaned everything up and, best of all, laid a beautifully finished cement patio. I want to add that when Jesus says he will call or be somewhere.....he will!!! He also patiently explains any questions you may have. No attitude or posturing, just politeness and great work for a vary fair price. I will definetly call him first again in the future.
He returned the next day and completely reinstalling the fallen wood fence panels and staining them to look as good as new.The pipes were bolted to the fence he finished cleaning and I mean thoroughly cleaned and reset up the BBQ He cleaned the area and removed all the debris By the way this all was a one man effort

It went great. He came out right after we spoke to him on the phone and gave us an estimate for labor, costs and the time it would take to build the deck.
He showed up when he said he would everyday of the project. He is very polite, professional and he was a joy to work with. He did a wonderful job. The deck is more beautiful than we imagined. I would most definitely call him again for any and all jobs around our house, big or small. And I would recommend him to everyone.

He came out and gave us a quote for labor and materials and we hired him on the spot. He did an incredible job within budget and the time quoted. He came early and worked hard all day. He is a joy to work with and we couldn't be happier. The deck he built is far beyond our expectation. It is a dream deck! The only problem we found is, he doesn't charge as much as we think he should.
The quality of workmanship and beauty of our deck far surpasses what his quote was. As I said above, If anyone is looking for someone to build a deck before Summer arrives, contact him through Angie's List under 1 Call Handyman.

I spoke with the owner and told him of the fence repairs that were needed at two of my rental properties. He was very responsive and went to both properties to determine the cost of repairs. He called back and left me a message that included the cost to repair each fence.
The cost for one seemed reasonable, but the other seemed a bit high. I called him back but could only leave a message. The message I left was to proceed with the fence repair for the first fence, but to call me back so we discuss the second repair. He never returned my call, so I had to find another repair person.
