I first used this service for repair of flasing on my roof. It went well although the owner would show up very early without calling first and other days show up late, again without calling. Since then I have tried to book him for a leaky toilet/bathroom faucet but he never responded to messages sent through Angies list so I booked another company. Yesterday I needed a kitchen faucet repaired/replaced and decided to call this time. He made an appointment to come by between 3-4pm but never showed up or called. This is a company that really needs an answering service or assistant because he wastes too much customer time waiting for response

They did a great job on repairing our shower valve. Very professional and reasonably priced. They showed up in time and completed the job quickly!

The quality of the remodel work was okay, except the paint on the cabinets started chipping within a couple of months. There was some electrical work that he wasn't confident doing, so he said he would have an electrician he knew come finish it. It was only after several months had passed, and we had attempted to contact Temo multiple times, that the electrician came and finished the job. The down spout repair was functional at first, although he used black gorilla tape at the upper and lower ends of the spout that looked a little tacky against the beige of the house. The repair only lasted about 9-12 months before the spout fell off again. We contacted him to fix it again but haven't heard back.

Replaced tiles and caulked around flashing. Very fast and efficient. Pointed out potential problems for me to keep an eye on. Very satisfied with quality and service.

Excellent experience. Called and he came the next day for an estimate, then scheduled the repair for the next day. Did an excellent repair. When he came, there was an additional post I asked him to replace. Said he would have to come back, as he did not have the extra post with him. But, he went and obtained the additional post, and did the extra post, in addition to the repair we had discussed. Even stained th new post to match the existing fence. Excellent job..

Timely. High quality work. we plan to hire again for a pergola rebuild this coming spring.

We needed a roof vent replaced. Over the phone Temo gave us an estimate of $600-1,000 depending on what he found when he actually saw the job. He came on time and did the work well, but it took him less than an hour and he still asked to be paid $400 in labor. We paid it because we had agreed over the phone to his estimate, but he charged us $200 per hour, which is ridiculous. While he seemed like a nice guy and did fine work, his pricing was unethical and we would not hire him again.

Never returned my phone calls.

Quick, effective, and relatively inexpensive.

Temo and his crew worked really hard and did a fantastic job. We had a little trouble communicating and he was a little slow on responding to messages. Couple this with my fear of added on costs, I was a little nervous. This aside, I am VERY happy with the conclusion of this project!

Temo was great. He was on time, friendly, professional and did great follow up.

Temo came over the day after my phone call to look at the work and materials required and gave me an estimate. We scheduled a date the following week as requested. The work was done promptly and he hauled away the damaged fencing from our property. I would definitely call 1 Call Handyman again if I needed any work done at my home.

Temo was punctual gave estimate and time frame kept to schedule and price. New fence was beautiful and Temo was very professional. I have several other jobs I will call Temo for later.

Temo did a fantastic job and has made it into a very nice space. He put the new tile down and made sure there was enough heat to get it to set well. He also did a great job on filling in the old brick and making the walls smooth. He is always prompt and very courteous!!

Temoc did an excellent job. He is thorough, knowledgeable and competent. We had a small start time glitch on one day; but thereafter the work was done smoothly, efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. Clean-up was done each day and at the end of the project. We felt the price charged was fair and reasonable. We would not hesitate to use One Call Handyman again - and very likely will.

Temo was always prompt and professional. Always returned my calls. Did a great job replacing my door. The new door from Home Depot was about an inch shorter than my existing door. He raised the theshhold to accommodate the the shorter door so there were no gaps. Didn’t charge any more than the original quote.

Buyer beware. We contacted this contractor based on positive reviews and my initial encounter was good. The contractor came out to look at the work we were asking to have done. He agreed he could do the work and we set an approximate date for him to return. It took about three months to get him out beyond the date we set. When he finally came back out, he wanted to see again what we wanted done before he would do the work. He said most of the things we requested he could not do because he did not have the tools, etc. We scheduled another time for him to attach some toilet paper holders and multiple clothes hooks to the walls. He completed that work and charged us $85 per hour! Not only did we not agree on that amount, after he left some of the hooks and holders came off the walls almost immediately. They were not properly attached. The screws had been put into the drywall without any support, so pulled right out. We had to get another contractor to fix what this contractor had done. Incredible.

SOOOO efficient. Gave me a good price on everything. Was here on time every time he said he would.

1 Call Handyman came over on a Sunday to look at the tiles and prepare an estimate, the roof work was completed during the week and was completed thoroughly and very professionally. I would definitely use him again.
