They stuck the hose that drained the pool in the wrong port to the main drain, breaking the valve. I had to have Mr. Rooter remove and install new main drain and valve. Mr. Rooter spent 2 days at the job. Inspection took extra day. Couldn't run dishwasher or laundry. Thank goodness for a 15% off senor discount with Mr. Rooter. Paid $2975 for new main drain and permit.

It was a great experience, they set up a date for the cleaning right after the estimate and showed up right when they said they would be there. The tile looks really good.
