Unprofesssional. They were recommended to me. What an ordeal and mistake. They made the customer wait for days and didnt complete the task on time. It was an expensive mistake. Many errors. My guys had to step in and help them finish up the cleaning and removal of the damped walls which they didnt catch. Could have created a moldy and health issue for the client later. The client complained to me and I had to figure out a way to save them some money since they were my referral. We parted ways for good.

the people who came in to do the work were hard working people, but the people in the office who handled the billing faked the invoices by billing more hours and claiming more people came to do the work than there were. I felt scammed and tried to get them to fix it or as I disputed, but they said they would destroy my credit and take me to small claims court. they are truly awful people to work with.

The work for water mediation was fine, but they most likely overcharged me. I didn't pay attention to the invoice until they also did furniture pack-in, which means they packed my furniture and moved it into another part of the house while renovations were underway. I looked at the invoice later, and they inflated the charges with labor services by increasing the number of people who came and did the work. Meaning they padded the invoice by planting workers at our job site with a senior citizen and a disabled person, meanwhile they really only just had two people who did the actual work. Elevate Restore really abused the system and took advantage of billing. When I disputed with them, they ignored my calls and emails. I took it with upper management and the owner of the company, but they don't care. They threatened to charge me late charges and to sue me if I didn't pay the whole bill. Truly a shady group of people.
