Our move will be an ongoing problem for awhile - very needlessly! The customer service is horrible. While the crew was taking apart my table to move it, I heard a loud crash. I ran in and the crew told me "never mind. we just kicked the tool box and it made a loud noise". Well, I could clearly see the center Lazy Susan had fallen off the table and hit the tool box. It was still moving! There were big gouges on the wood, where it hit the tool box. When we got to my new home, the crew was unable to re-assemble the table because the anchor screw was broken and bent where the Lazy Susan had fallen out. Their comment: "We think the table was probably already this way" WHAAAT? Freshly gouged and broken??????!!!!! We spoke to the manager at the office and he promised to send out someone that afternoon to re-assemble the table, assess the damage and repair. After 2 days, we called and no one would even speak to us on the phone. We were immediately transferred to the National Claims Department and now we have to fill out Legal Claim Papers, get them notarized and go through the "process" to get our table fixed. I am so disappointed. We understand that things happen. BUT, LYING about a problem and refusing to apply a simple repair or even communicate with us without making a big process out of it is not good customer service! I would NEVER recommend this company EVER! It's easy for a company to be nice when things are going well. But it's a true test of a company when something happens....and things do happen! Lying, refusing to communicate and making the solution a big cumbersome process - designed to discourage a solution -show the true colors of this company. DO NOT HIRE! An update: I completed all of the forms, took photos, had things notarized and submitted everything. Since then: they said they did not receive so did not respond, (resubmitted), they said I sent it to the wrong place so they forwarded, (waited), the new contact said they did not receive the claim from the manager, (resubmitted). I have been waiting many weeks with my table not put together properly due to the breakage and it was the holidays. DO NOT HIRE!

I was nervous about hiring them because their Yelp reviews are pretty bad. But after speaking with Wyland, I felt more secure in hiring them. They were very fast in the move - in fact they did the move in half the time of what they originally estimated. In all fairness we had already moved a bunch of our stuff. All in all it was a good move. They worked hard and got it done. The team we had was great about working with me to get all the furniture placed just where we needed it and they did it all with a smile.

These guys are great. I couldn't find anyone else who would even show up the same day. They arrived within a couple of hours of my call and did a nice professional job of packing and moving my stuff. Nice people.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! BE CAREFUL CHOOSING THIS COMPANY!!! I just wanted EVERYONE know that I was really disappointed with my move. I was quoted a lot cheaper from other companies, but I chose yours because I was given this amazing demonstration on how much care was going into my move and how All My Sons was a family company. I especially liked that my house would be protected and that my things would be treated as if they were their own. I was given a quote for 4 people originally and after discussing how that was outside of my budget, was given a reasonable estimate that would only include 3 movers. I was reassured that there would be 2 men moving and one in the truck organizing to make things more productive and that all my things would get moved in the time allotted. We decided to wrap our furniture ourselves. We got rid of multiple items including the large dining table and 8 chairs, the buffet, a barbecue, and a large shoe rack closet. We also broke down all the furniture with the exception of the master bed. I asked that if I took out items from the move if it would be cheaper and I was told that it was. Or that if I had extra boxes, they could take those in place. Neither of these things took place and I was still charged the same. The movers stated they finished a little early, but I was not credited any money. The movers that moved took a really long time because there was only one person moving (at a slow pace) and two people that stayed in the truck for most of the move. I've moved multiple times and have never seen movers leave almost the entire labor up to one person. Then I was also charged material fees even though we wrapped most of our own so they didn't wrap them and they didn't even use mattress bags to move our mattresses even though I specifically asked for that. I was charged $85 for this service that really was only used to wrap a couple of items and provide a cardboard protection for my TVs. My computer table, the couches, all of the beds, and the outdoor furniture were not wrapped at all. I was told that all my furniture would be wrapped to protect from traveling and sliding around just in case. Then at my home, the carpet, the door jamb protectors, and the stair case protection was not used either. I am extremely disappointed because I just moved 3 years ago with another company and I paid less and I felt like the movers cared a lot more about my things. I only chose All My Son's because I was so impressed with the demonstration that really was not even implemented in my move and the fact that it could be less than what was quoted, if we took some steps to speed the process. So even with everything we did in advance (including eliminating a fair amount of furniture that would need to be moved), they still didn't take any of the boxes, they didn't take time to protect our home or furniture, and we still had to pay the same amount.
