Actually, I would say it was very good. But they were too quick. I wasn't here, my wife was here and by the time I got back here they were done cleaning carpets. I wondered how they could clean a full house of carpets that quick. I think they did a good job. I was gone for maybe an hour to an hour and a half and then they have the whole 2,900 square foot home done. From my understanding they don't use any chemicals; they use high pressure water with no additives or anything like that.
