Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They may not be the least expensive, but you can feel secure that they're doing quality work and know what they're talking about. I especially appreciated their willingness to teach/advise us about various plumbing maintenance projects. The serviceman, Dennis, was extremely professional.

Prompt, professional, and pleasant to deal with. Everything was repaired quickly and to my satisfaction. He also gave me some advice and quotes on some other repairs that I'll obviously need done in the future, but since they were not emergencies, he wasn't pushy about trying to sell me anything I didn't ask for.

The service was fine until the end. After the plumber cleared my main line he turned on the water in all of the sinks. Unfortunately he didn't check to see if any the sinks were clogged up. The sink in the master bathroom was clogged up and, therefore, flooded the area around the sink. He than left without fixing that problem.
