Very reliable, showed up on time, did the work necessary, did not try to over sell with things not needed. Very clean, friendly and personable tech. Only drawback was the price. A bit over priced but it was a flat rate with no add ons.

Replaced natural gas hot water heater. Appliance and installation looks very professional and complete. I would not recommend this contractor to family members because of the total cost. It appears I could have this job done by another contractor roughtly 1/3 of the cost I paid. I don't know the true value of the hot water heater.

Received a call within 5 minutes of requesting services. Came out first thing next morning which was on a weekend. Very informative about what was being done and what the initial problem was. Also requested information regarding tankless hot water heater. Received follow up to that request as requested. Would recommend highly and plan to use for any future needs.
