After fixing out bathtub faucet we had them quote us on a new water heater as ours was 12 years old and knew we needed to think about getting a new one. We looked at other companies and was pleased they matched what we knew was a fair price. They did everything right then and there. It was great working with them and will ask for them again when needed!

The technician sent an e-mail with a photo so that I would know who he was when he showed up. I had new granite and sinks installed in the kitchen and both bathrooms, but the drains didn't line up. The technician was able to resolve all the issues, but the price seemed high to me. I am satisfied with the work done, but I should have gotten a second opinion before paying such a high price.

Within 45 minutes of hiring this company the crew was at our house to install two A/C units and two furnace units. They were in and out within 4 1/2 hours. Superior work ethics, personable and careful to insure no damage was done to both the inside and outside of the house. Such a COOL experience.

Installation was thorough and very professional. The labor cost was a bit higher than we were expecting. The work was done the same day. We had a minor issue regarding flow rate, which was resolved right away over the phone by the installer. The installer explained all of the work being done and provided valuable information regarding maintenance and longevity.

They replaced a faucet. Work was great, as was the workman. However, having done a LOT of plumbing myself (including replacing a faucet, garbage disposals, etc., I feel the charge was a little high. I realize they have rent, overhead, etc., but still a little high.

I had used them before they changed their name and they used unnecessary items and even installed a shut-off sensor on the wrong outlet of coil so compressor kept shutting off and tried to blame it on the coil.I hired another company and they could not believe what Yes had done! Have heard bad things about them from customers and employees!!!
