I've already rated this company on their own review site and the only reason I"m doing a 2nd review for HA is because YES Plumbing was so awesome. Very polite, pleasant plumber that did not try to hit me up for extra work or money. Came and fixed the problem and even showed me and did a few tricks for me to remember. Excellent service and they came exactly at the time they had said they would. I"m very very satisfied with my first repair thru Home Advisor and YES Plumbing.

The tech showed at the appointed time and efficiently completed his evaluation.

Richard (the sales person) and Martin (the professional cleaner) were excellent!!! Both answered all our questions and respected our house.

Service was same day and excellent. Excellent guarantee including "If we dirty it, we'll clean it. If we damage it, we'll replace or repair it." However, the price for a 1 hour job was excessive. $466 for "Cut 3/4"PVC in ground, tie into existing PVB, and tie into 1" copper" [The list price was $516. They offered a $50 discount coupon without being asked.] It was a Sunday with a 4 hour response, but that was not indicated as a factor in the pricing. They had a standard pricelist (a positive in my view). The line was already dug out. Easy access. 2 PVC cuts, 3 connections, clean up = 1 hour. <$10 parts.

Only talk tec with the owner or James. they are fair and know what they are doing. I had 14 other "experts" out that talked big but were absent when it came to fixing anything it took a experienced pro to handle. they took money to come out then "...would be back..." never to be heard from again. Very disgusted with the AC Industry in Las Vegas. A bunch of scammers.

The service was prompt and the finished job looked very professional. The cost was higher than I was expecting but it was on a Friday and my wife is ill so I needed hot water before the weekend and did not have time to gather competing quotes.

They were efficient and friendly. They were also expensive and while they cleared the plug in the main, I had to do all the toilet paper cleanup.

You get what you pay for. I found there pricing a bit high however when dealing with water it's to be expected. I had a broken copper line in the wall. YES Man was there in a flash. I was very impressed with his setup and knowledge. He was very good and did a perfect sweat job. Will use again without a doubt. Thank you.

I had several faucets rebuilt and a couple of frozen shutoff valves replaced. They worked quickly and efficiently.

The technician was very friendly and professional. He fixed the problem in about 90 minutes. The cost ($500) seemed very high to me, but what can you do?

The work was done very well, but I paid over $700 for things that required relatively little effort to fix.

Excellent work and service. The foreman and the technicians involved in the work were very professional and pleasant. The price was on the high side but it was well worth it.

Very friendly staff. The salesman pushed their quality installations as the reason to go with them. But I had to have the techs back 5 or 6 times because the installation was done incorrectly which was the selling point of this contractor. I realize it was a difficult install (two each Furnace/Air Conditioners) but they still should have installed everything correctly the first time. It is now fixed I hope. Their customer service is great. A tech was sent out soon after I called each time. I would have liked to have had a follow up call from someone about all of the extra time we had to take out from work to get these units fixed. But I will settle for them working properly.

This company was friendly, knowledgable, and completed the work fast.

The technician and service were excellent. I felt the price was high but I am not familiar with plumbing costs so I could be mistaken.
