When the dispatch called me I told her that I do not allow this company to come to my house anymore because they don't just come and fix the problem you asked, they use scare tactics to try and up-sell and that only makes me mad. I told her to let the onsite tech know this is my business and I only want fixed what I have asked. The scare tactic up-sell was the very first thing he did. with in the first 5 minutes of being in my shop. His recommendation was to cost me 10 times as much for the up-sell than cost of the actual work that he completed that day. I was ready to escort him to the door and call it all off 10 minutes in. After finishing only 2 of 4 items I had requested I had had enough and ended the project. I was not able to get over being angered by first few minutes of our exchange. Let me be clear... the onsite tech was professional but he lost me the moment he started up-selling. I will share my experience with my shop owner neighbors and they can decide if they will use Yes!. I, however have FINALLY learned my lesson. I wont be making this mistake again.

Prompt response and replaced water heater without further problems. Technicians were courteous and professional..

They repaired a broken hose spigot outside. They came right away and did the repair. They could not guarantee it due to the nature of the break. Nonetheless they did fix it again when it started leaking a few days later. My only quibble was that it was a little hard to connect with them given the fact that I was out of town when the second leak happened, but we ultimately made it all work.

The technician was professional and performed the repairs really quickly getting the water turned back on to our house. He was very polite.

They charged $800 for a job that should have cost less than $200. All they did was put a new flange on the toilet. I am so very angry! The workmanship was fine. I would NEVER hire them again. I do not recommend them!
