There was more emphasis on trying to sell me a new ac unit, and less emphasis on trying to repair the unit I have in place.

We've had several people out there and they were the only ones to fix it.

Courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Checked my water heater and replaced the anode. Recommended good preventive maintenance to avoid costly repairs.

it took 2 times for this company to clear the line. after the first cleaning i put a orange peeling down the disposal and the line clogged again. the second time out they kept telling me i need to get the entire drainage system cleared which would cost over $2,000. they also told me my garbage disposal was a builders grade unit. that it was not good enough to put anything down it. they charged me $29.00 service call. well when i looked on my credit card bill online they charged me $over $2400 instead of $29.00. i called YES PLUMBING and they could not explain the error but would credit my account back. dealing with this company is like buying a new car. do not trust them and will not use them again.

He was right on it, didn't have to wait a week or even a few hours. He came right over, gave us a bid, and did the job right away. He was very friendly and personable .

Way over priced

Serviced my swamp cooler (Evaporative Cooler). Not much to doing a EVAP versus regular Air Conditioner but overall service was what I expected.

Great staff, very knowledgable. The techs were very patient with all our questions! We are happy with the customer service and the technical skills from start to finish. We will be hiring them again.

Art was pretty much on time and was very nice. They are a little pricey but they do give a 2 year warranty on labor which most that I called did not. He replaced the water heater quickly and was gone. Overall....great experience.
