When 2 plumbers arrived in separate vehicles, I was astounded. While one was removing the leaking reverse osmosis and replacing it with a newer model, the other was trying to up-sell me for $2100 worth of services. In the end I paid $747 to replace the under sink RO and replace a corroded emergency shut off valve. The other plumber drained my unplanned hot water heater in the garage for $169.00 that I usually do myself. While already on site they charged $305 for the service(?) or replacement valve part(?). I was never given the hourly rate or part cost on their invoice. I know I was ripped off when I paid 5 x the cost of the new replacement RO for this service. I would have done the replacement myself except I had just undergone knee replacement surgery and could not work under the kitchen sink area. I CERTAINLY do not recommend them to my friends and neighbors due to their inflated costs and up-selling techniques.

Personnel were courteous and professional and they did a good job unclogging & cleaning the pipes. However, the cost for the aforementioned services was very expensive to me. If the price of the services they offer is not an issue, I would recommend this company.

Vanguard Heating and Cooling, LLC was very professional and gave me detailed insights into whether work was performed and if work was NOT performed and the evidence supporting it! He made videos and took photographs to back his suspicions and submitted a professional invoice which meets the standards of the Nevada State Licensing Board.

The repairmen are experts, with thorough knowledge. Very friendly, courteous and efficient. They are worth the price!

1, I think you should let customer know your contactor before you sending him. 2, I think you should check the local yelp reviews before you hire any contractors. because when i sow their car and i checked their yelp reviewers and i already regret. the sales person was a totally mad person, he scared me and he just left as soon as i signed the contract. I feel so sorry for the young guy who actually installed the heater by himself. he is just a 5 month new guy and he did worked so hard. just because of the sales manager and their business name got bad reviews. I paid $1580 and I deserve at lest have a respect from the angry mad boss. i want to say thanks to that young new guy, he did a really good job.

Always get same-day service with YES! They are pricey but your problem is fixed that day and the quality is excellent. So, worth the extra price to me.
