LV Plumbing was selected by my home insurance plan to replace my hot water heater. Their work was excellent. What I did not appreciate were added features they said I needed. With further questions, I learned I did not need them. I did not appreciate them trying to add features I did not require. Thus my other than excellent rating.

There was some debris left in the tub small dustpan amount I inquired whether he could remove it he advised me that it was not on the proposal? The debris was obviously left by the tenant I went to my residence and retrieed a dustpan and removed it,

Installed a garbage disposal for a rental home. Renter said technician was on-time, professional, & seemed to do a good job. Cost was a little too pricey after doing some research, but overall satisfied with project.

Over charged a bit on the bill, but did very good work and cleaned up afterwards

We are pleased with the work done by Vegas Valley Plumbing. They came up with the solution to replace our cracked sink in the master without having to replace the entire countertop. The finished product looks very good. The technician was skilled and it showed in the final product. The only problems was replacement parts. Initially the first sink was not the right fit and was brought to the home the day scheduled for installation. There was another delay when only one replacement sink was immediately available. The second sink had to be ordered. The result was a weeks delay. Upon installation they found a rusted retainer clip that needed replacement. The item had to be purchased which resulted in another field trip by the technician since it was not available on the truck. I was then charged $75. for the travel by the technician. There was at least three repeat trips to acquire the sinks and the small clip. That could have been avoided with proper planning. There should have been no additional charges for that failure.

They came out quickly. Diagnosed the problem. And even tested a water sample. They explained everything as they went along. All this cost $50. I was extremely pleased. I would definitely hire them again.

Technician Tony was thoughtful, knowledgeable and competent. I would request him again by name for any future issues we have. Excellent to find him!

When Roman Ruiz and his assistant showed up, they were in uniform and immediately gave me a business card. They had shoe coverings on before entering. Roman explained everything to me and gave me options before beginning work. As they went along, there were a few more issues than anticipated, yet they explained them and continued working even though the time was more than they expected. They were in contact with their dispatch so that the next appointment was aware of any delay. I was extremely happy with the quality of work and pricing. I have already given my coworkers their information and know they will get the same service. Thank you so much for referring this company!
