They claimed to be general contractors and told me they would be using licensed men....that all work would have permits......they used a related handyman and his helper........and all of the work is substandard. The balcony had a permit and other than the fact it does not drain correctly and that it appears to take in water, the framing was approved...the scuppers were to be lowered before the stucco was installed but they were not, as noted above. They are still too high! BEWARE

I had gotten stuck when my ceramic tile contractor disappeared. I requested to be contacted by another contractor via an on line referral service. TLV construction contacted me within twenty-four hours. Ron Luzon came to my home and gave me an estimate that was definitely within my budget. His company removed all carpet, linoleum, baseboards, and existing tile and the tiler went to the supplier and picked up the load saving me delivery costs and installed the tile so that it matched the pattern of the original kitchen flooring. He also cut small pieces of the tile and used them to create the baseboards throughout the entire work area. I later wanted other rooms tiled, and he did that flawlessly.
