They were very friendly, but very late. I called a couple of times to get the time of arrival. the mistake was that it wasn't written down so they didn't have me as a pickup that day. It was a mess, but they made up for it by giving me a discount on the move and I appreciated the gesture. I would use them again and recommend them.
