SUZANA RUTAR Architect, Ltd.
About us
Established in 1994, SUZANA RUTAR Architect (SRA) became a corporation in 2005 and is certified as a Women Owned Business Enterprise. The staff has worked to build a solid reputation with clients, local building officials, contractors and developers through delivering personal service, quality documentation and adhering to construction budgets and schedules. Suzana Rutar, RA, CSI, NCARB, serving as the Principal Architect, actively oversees the architectural design process, team coordination and code compliance. SRA’s concentration of recent work in public and private development includes projects for Clark County and the TSA/LAS-McCarran International Airport. Our project interests are based on the firm’s desire to produce quality architecture within an established budget. The firm’s unique project experience includes a variety of project types and sizes. Beginning with the $250 Million LVCVA South Hall Expansion and Renovation, our largest project collaboration to date, to the Wingate Inn & Suites by Wyndham, a 209-room five-story concrete tilt-up. We have recently completed design documents for a standard restroom design for Clark County; the prototype facility will be developed in several Clark County parks. Additionally, we have provided services for ARCO am/pm stores. This project represents the rollout of a new prototype at several locations in the valley. A new modular prototype for Checkers Drive-in and an event and medical center for the Culinary Health Fund Remodel rounds out our unique experience.
