Job well done and super courteous!

We are very pleased with the drywall repair job that Jim and Calvin did in our master bathroom. They were both very professional and easy to work with. Price was fair and competitive. As a retired architect, I appreciate excellent craftsmanship. We would certainly refer them to others and use them again in the future. Bill H.

On time, efficient and did a great job!

Jim came out to look at all the boxes of office furniture personally and gave us a quote. It was a GREAT price and even gave us a $60 "voucher" off the original price. I told him that I would like to have more than one person do it. to save on time. He said he could do it in a day. Here we are on day 3, and it still isn't finished! Then he texted me a "Just so you know" with 4x's the price he quoted and demanded payment today, and they haven't even finished! Yesterday, the guys who showed up to "finish" informed us that Jim was just the broker and that we should pay them directly, and not pay Sun West. What a shady operation! I would not trust Sun West again!

Jim (owner) was very accommodating and personable. The estimate he gave me for installing 3 ceiling fans was the most reasonable out of all the quotes I received. So far all the fans are working properly and the rooms looks so much updated with the updated fans . I will definitely use this company again for my house projects.

Very courteous and honest

Jim and Larry were great! They wer thourogh and fast. Would definitely reccomend them to neighbors and friends.

We reached out to, or were contacted by, five Contractors. Out of these five, Sunwest Services (Jim) was not the low bid or the high. bid. We hired them because Jim was the most thorough in the bidding process. He took the time to understand our projects. He also was able to answer our questions about the projects. The projects consisted of repairing ceiling cracks in the enclosed garage, repairing ceiling cracks/water stains in an indoor room, installing trim around an attic opening, removing and replacing door stop moulding on an interior door, and painting all areas to match existing paint. His crew arrived promptly as scheduled and immediately took precautions to protect the floors of the work area and furnishings around the work area. They truly respected our home by wearing booties when walking through the rest of the house. Jim was in constant communication prior to the work starting and throughout the two days of planned work. Near the end of the second day it looked like they would need an extra hour to finish or to return on another day. Jim's crew volunteered to stay the extra hour to finish our projects in the two days as promised. Yes, I highly recommend Sunwest Services (Jim) for any home repairs you may be considering.
