They did very good work - very prompt, however I think they were kind of expensive. 12/1/06 Usage of the blinds should be taken into consideration when purchasing products. I use the door with the blinds quite regularly and two of the blinds have fallen off already. It seems kind of soon for something like that to be happening.

Southwest Blinds provided cordless shades for almost every window in our new home. The selection was good and there was no high-pressure sales. Their estimate came in almost $300 less than another big-name company in town. The salesman was surprisingly willing to accommodate our work schedules. He came out to our house at 8 pm on two different occasions (once for first estimate, second time for final measurements). The shades were ready faster than the two weeks promised. The installation was fast and precise. The shades are great and I highly recommend Southwest Blind & Shutters.

Southwest Blinds & Shutters did a great job on our shutters. Every shutter fits perfectly except for one and I called them and they came right out and fixed it. The price was a little high; however they have very good workmanship and was way above average. They were very polite and courteous.

The blinds and shutters are a good product, but customer service wasn t so great. They didn t return my calls and they were hard to get a hold of. They were late getting them made, but the installer did a good job.
