Although Michael was late keeping the appointment, it was because of a mix-up in directions and phone number. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem and decided to reinstall the browser software. As I have a Dial Up connection, it took a long time to download the reinstall-software. He was here considerably more time than it would have taken with a high-speed connection. He left the job with a reminder that I should call him if I any further problem developed.
