Shower Solutions

Crystal was not on time for any of our meetings. She rushed through all of the discussions and told us she knew exactly what we wanted, didn't need to measure cause she's done so many of these, and was unprofessional and patronizing. Results: our bathroom looks beautiful, at first. The vanity, she didn't measure for, is too large and the sink is centered on the vanity but not the cabinet underneath so it looks weird. The faucet that she insisted was right for us is wonderful but we do not have enough room behind it to use your hand to pull up the plunger cause backsplash is too close to the faucet. And the shower doors have a knob to use to open the doors from the inside but it is on the door that opens next to the toilet and the other door is too heavy to slide without a handle. A true designer would have seen all of these issues ahead of time. Yes, I've considered calling to complain but I would have to speak with Crystal. My fault for not pulling the plug on this earlier.

The entire process was excellent. Crystal, the owner, was very understanding of what was needed and all of the laborers were respectful and they did beautiful work. She coordinated all aspects of the job and scheduling was not a problem. The quality of the materials is superb. Mom is super happy!

My experience with them was fine.  They were just very good.  The workers were clean.  They put boots on when they came into the house and cleaned up after themselves.  They were very courteous.

The folks at Shower Solutions showed up when they said they would, and tore out the old shower and counter top in one day. The new counter top and shower stall where installed the next day.  I love the results! Our bathroom looks great.  The owner of this business, Crystal, was in contact with us almost daily to check on the progress of the job and to see if we had any questions.  All people involved were very professional. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work of Shower Solutions.

They had good suggestions before they even came out and gave us advice on saving money.  I thought they were very good.  They were prompt, but they called whenever they couldn't call.  There was only one day of miscommunication, but that was worked out.  The quality of the work was good.  We had contacted another service provider and they were more expensive and not as helpful.  We were very satisfied with overall work of Shower Solutions.

There was a lot of phone tag and rescheduling but Crystal was always apologetic and tried to make up for delays and when there were complaints she did not hesitate to fix them. End product was impressive. Her installer Isaac works well.

Crystal gave us the best quote (we talked to 4 other companies). We got all the little details we requested (two tone fixtures, grab bar, corner seat) plus the work was done on time, clean up was excellent. They did an impressive job. It was stress free for us. I recommended her to my staff who was remodelling her bathroom as well.

Shower Solutions did an amazing job replacing the tub, building to spec a marble surround for the tub, building to spec a marble vanity and installing a new vanity.  Crystal showed me colors and tubs and fixtures and we chose everything we got - they took care of ordering, having it arrive and installing.
Basically, the bathroom got gutted and replaced.  The guys that Shower Solutions hired to do the work were awesome.  One was a youngish guy that simply did a fantastic job.  As many know, houses aren't perfect and walls aren't always plumb and he had a big fight to get the new tub in and he was clearly a perfectionist with the fixtures and the vanity and the marble surround and countertop.  We couldn't be any happier with the guys that did the work.
They did a great job and one year later we still love our new bathroom!

Initially, I was pleased until the adjoining wall got soft and warped. I called and Shower Pro came out and said they forgot to caulk part of it. All was repaired. In the meantime we had started using the shower in the guest room and continued to do so for the next 1.5 years. We started to use the shower in our master bathroom again and once again it leaked. I called the company and now they were called Shower Solutions. They came out and told me after many visits it was the drain or the slab and that I would probably have to have it ripped out and start over again. The old shower never leaked. The owner kept sending out a man named Rick. The last time he was here he cut a hole in one of the walls because he was sure there was a leak. There wasn't. I asked him about fixing the hole he had made and he said not for free. That was the last time I had contact with Shower Solutions. I called a plumber who determined that the problem was with the shower doors. He gave me the name of a shower door company that I called. They took the doors out and the underneath the track it was soaking wet because of the doors being installed improperly. He reinstalled them the way they should have been and no more leaks. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner promised everything would be made right and I understand that that a lot of time had elapsed between the 2 leaks but that was because we didn't use the shower. We had the same problem the 2nd time as we had right after the install. By the way, the 1st time the doors were installed upside down.

Crystal came out to give us an estimate. She showed us her marble samples, and they weren't exactly what I had in mind, so she came out a week later with custom samples she had made for me. Several were nice, but one was perfect! We contracted to do the job, at a price that was very reasonable for the job. We had talked about what I wanted at the first visit and she gave me a quote, and she reserved a few days 2 weeks later, to do the job. So once the color was right we were ready.The did the demo and most of the tub/shower conversion in a day. They finished it the next day. While they took apart the master shower and bath they made sure we had a usable bathroom.The second bathroom had crooked walls and a major plumbing situation because of the shower unit I purchased. It needed several holes drilled into the marble for the "body shots" It took a little more time than was expected, but it was perfect and GORGEOUS! Crystal came by to check the job and found a few little things that weren't up to her standards, and had her workers come out to adjust things. Shower Solutions went above and beyond in the service department, and her workers did a great job.
