Since I wasn't at the house I asked if they could come back out there to show me what exactly they did and they refused because they didn't want to be bothered. I could of made a better decision if I was there but overall the $180 was excessive considering I went to get estimates for the replacement of the whole filtration system. They were not customer friendly and they could of had the courtesy to come back and say look, this is the problem, but they refused. They eventually said they could come back but would charge me $40. I didn't think that was fair for the "education lesson."
