George came out to the house to measure and find a total square footage(1354 sq ft) with minimal waste allowance. He came to the local Lumber Liquidators and help us pick out the transition pieces we needed and to help order the correct amount of flooring. He even delivered all the boxes of materials to the house.
On installation day the crew showed up on time and were very professional. They quickly removed the old carpet and began the installation of the flooring. During the installation they informed us that some of the boxes of flooring had defects so that we could exchange them rather then using boards with slight defects. After the two day installation, due to the amount of square footage, the floors were beautifully installed.
George even came back the following day to ensure that everything went well and that we were happy with the floors.
Overall it was a great experience and we have already recommended they to other people we know that want to get new flooring.
Installation was prompt and George (company owner) is meticulous. His cost per sq. ft. is higher than
competitors and office was sometimes difficult to get ahold of.
Workers take 1 too many cigarette breaks during George's absence, but work was done to a better than appreciative standard.
