The Pro Deck crew had punctually arrived and covered the pool with plastic. They proceeded to grind down the old texture, power wash, skim coat, spray texture and add two coats of color seal. This process took two days,one day ahead of schedule. A few days after the deck was cured and ready to reposition the patio furniture, I noticed a 4 inch "slash" that was not covered with the texture. I contacted Pro Deck phone representative Nadine, who very satisfactory, made the arrangements for "Joe" to correct the problem. We were very satisfied with our new pool decking. We were especially impressed with the clean-up detail.

The porch entrance over the portico is considered a vertical service, which they said they don't do, but when I brought it to their attention, they came out the next day and washed, chipped and epoxy coated that area as well. They even asked me to make sure that it was cleaned to my satisfaction. I've used them before, and I will continue using them. They use a credit card to secure the job, but they always call once the job is done to make sure the job is done well, and that crew cleaned up after themselves before they ask to run the final credit card charge.

An outstanding company to do what I'd call concrete resurfacing. Scott Madrigal explained each step in the process to me; patiently answered my questions. When I was looking at stamps for patio he explained pros and cons of each stamp and color choice. Had samples in van. Made the appointment to do the work and the workmen showed up on time. Scott appeared sometime in the process as did the owner (John) of the company. They stayed for about 45 minutes or so. Scott showed me the chips which weren't exact as I originally wanted, but his suggestion for a bit of red was perfect. When the workers sprayed the patio they had me check after each spray to ask if I wanted another coat or not. The epoxy work looks beautiful. Chips evenly distributed and looks like each one individually placed.

Pro Deck did very good work for us. I was very happy with the end result they were able to give us. They were on time to do job and worked until the work was done. I have not had any problems with the work that they did. I do not wish to disclose the price.
