We spoke with Sean, who was our main contact for the entire project, and he was professional and pleasant to deal with. The workers that did the work were courteous and efficient. They did a good job with our transitions, and we had a couple of "irregularities" that they helped us decide how to handle, and it all came out great.
My only complaint (and it's a small one) is that the workers felt it necessary to cut through our xeriscaped front yard instead of going 5 more feet to the driveway. A pet peeve of mine.
On another note: as I couldn't immediately find a place to make a public comment on Angie's List itself, I wanted to add this here. Beware giving your phone number to Angie's List. Emails are easy enough to disregard, but when they start calling your phone multiple times a day to "request feedback", it is beyond aggravating. The contractors I hired did small parts of a much larger project (which I did myself), and I was exceptionally busy with work. Getting an email reminder for feedback once in a while is fine, nice even. I would save the email so I wouldn't forget. But being pestered like I was really ticked me off.
